This hazardous weather outlook is for eastern Utah and western
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Showers and thunderstorms will continue this morning and will
drift eastward through the day as a closed low and surface cold
front approach from the west. Convection will start favoring
the Continental Divide for the afternoon and evening hours.
The cold front will move through overnight bringing subfreezing
temperatures to the northern valleys and possibly the higher
central valleys. Freeze Watches remain in effect for Tuesday
morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Pieces of energy will drop down from the northwest Tuesday and may
produce some light precip along the CO/WY border. Elsewhere, cool
temps and partly cloudy skies will be the rule. High pressure then
builds in with warming temperatures heading into the weekend.
