This hazardous weather outlook is for eastern Utah and western
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Winds will begin to diminish today, with widespread precipitation
ongoing. Lower elevations can expect to see snow transitioning
back to rain during the morning, while higher elevations will see
all snow. Temperatures remain 5-10 degrees below normal.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Snow rates lessen on Monday but cooler and unsettled weather will
continue through the coming week, with temperatures running near
to several degrees below normal.

and Trappers Lake

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM MST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Additional snow accumulations of 6
  to 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 70 mph.

* WHERE...Elkhead and Park Mountains and Flat Tops.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility, especially on
  ridge tops. A detailed map of the snowfall can be found at:

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
