This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Colorado, southwest
Colorado, west central Colorado, east central Utah, northeast Utah
and southeast Utah.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Hot, dry, and windy conditions continue today. Critical fire weather
conditions will be widespread today. Cured fuels in eastern Utah and
western Colorado have required a Red Flag Warning today for multiple
zones across the CWA. Winds will gust up to 40 mph around the region
today, then diminish around sunset.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Hot, dry, and windy conditions continue Saturday. Fire Weather
Watches are in place for western Colorado Saturday afternoon, thanks
to high winds and low relative humidities. A non-zero chance for
showers and thunderstorms emerges Saturday afternoon over northeast
Utah and northwest Colorado. Lighter winds and scattered
showers/thunderstorms return Sunday. Shower coverage will be highly
localized this week thanks to inconsistent moisture supplies. Non-
zero precipitation chances remain in the forecast each afternoon next
week.
