Strong wind gusts exceeding 60 mph are possible on Monday afternoon across portions of southeast Utah and southwest Colorado. Moderate to heavy snow is likely Monday night into Tuesday. Cold temperatures will support snow in the valleys. Blowing and drifting snow is expected especially in the mountains. The snow should end late Tuesday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
