Mild weather today ahead of the next system tonight. Look for light show showers developing across the northern and central mountains this evening becoming heavier after midnight. Most of these areas will see 2 to 4 inches of snow by morning with the Park Range getting upwards of 6 inches. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. The storm system continues Saturday morning into Sunday bringing another 4 to 10 inches for the northern and central mountains. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight, however spotters are encouraged to report snowfall amounts to the National Weather Service in Grand Junction. $$
