This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Colorado, southwest
Colorado, west central Colorado, east central Utah, northeast Utah
and southeast Utah.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Scattered snow showers are expected through tonight for most
mountains ranges. Heavy snow and strong winds could cause very low
visibility at times.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Snow showers gradually diminish tomorrow with the exception of the
northern mountains, which do not dry out until tomorrow night.
Another storm system is expected on Thursday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight, however
spotters are encouraged to report snowfall amounts to the
National Weather Service in Grand Junction.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM MST
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Northwest San Juan Mountains and West Elk and Sawatch
  Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning
  commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
