This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Colorado, southwest
Colorado, west central Colorado, east central Utah, northeast Utah
and southeast Utah.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A few showers will be possible over the northern mountains and to a
lesser extent for the central mountains down into the San Juans. Very
little rain will reach the ground. Expect some afternoon gusts of
around 20 to 25 mph for much of the area.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Chances increase for some convection over NE Utah, the northern
valleys and mountains. Like today, lesser chances exist for the
central mountains down into the San Juans.

Increasing winds ahead of the next system Friday through Sunday,
along with dry surface conditions, may bring critical fire weather
conditions to the region each afternoon.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
