This hazardous weather outlook is for eastern Utah and western
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Thunderstorm development will be possible over a large portion of
western Colorado today and portions of northeast Utah. Gusty
outflow winds...and small hail will be the main
threats...especially over the central mountains and adjacent
valleys. Snowfall is likely to fall above timberline in the
Colorado mountains tonight. Snow levels may temporarily drop to
near or below pass level...but significant road accumulations are
not anticipated.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

This slow moving storm system will bring periods of rainfall to
the Colorado mountains on Tuesday...with snow expected in the
morning in the highest elevations. Thunderstorm development can be
expected over much of the area by the afternoon with gusty outflow
winds and small hail the main threats. Afternoon thunderstorm
development will be possible over portions of the eastern Utah and
western Colorado through the remainder of the week.
