This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Colorado, southwest
Colorado, west central Colorado, east central Utah, northeast Utah
and southeast Utah.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Snow will continue for the mountain areas today with the northwest
Colorado mountains and northwest San Juans favored for higher
snowfall accumulations. Very cold temperatures will also arrive
tonight as an arctic air mass settles over the region, particularly
felt over many mountain and higher valley locations.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Much colder temperatures will arrive late this weekend into early
next week with snow continuing over the northern and central Colorado
mountains as an arctic front drops through the Rockies. Temperatures
will be well below normal into early next week. Morning lows are
also likely to be well below zero over many mountain and high valley
locations.

Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight, however
spotters are encouraged to report snowfall amounts to the
National Weather Service in Grand Junction.
