This hazardous weather outlook is for eastern Utah and western
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Widespread snow showers will move from north to south today and
into tonight. Periods of moderate and heavy snow are expected.
Travel will likely be impacted over mountain passes and
potentially most of the valleys. Snow will favor the central and
southern mountains tomorrow.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Bitterly cold temperatures will move into the area with this
system with widespread sub-freezing temperature expected from
tonight onwards.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO
6 PM MDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches in
  the Upper Dolores River and 3 to 7 inches in the Animas River
  Basin. Locally higher amounts possible in the foothills.

* WHERE...Four Corners/Upper Dolores River and Animas River Basin.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM MDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning commute Monday. A detailed
  map of the snowfall can be found at:
