This will create elevated fire danger in areas without snow cover, especially in South Park and southern Lincoln county. Stronger wind gusts of up to 60 mph are possible in wind prone areas of the Front Range foothills after midnight. Scattered light snow showers will develop in the mountains this afternoon and continue overnight with accumulations less than two inches. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Locally critical fire weather conditions will be possible for the northeast plains on Friday, and urban corridor on Saturday. The mountains will see moderate snowfall Friday night through Sunday night, with travel impacts expected. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight. $$
