Snowfall accumulations will be an inch or less in most areas across the plains. Elbert and Lincoln counties could see a few inches of snow. Across the higher terrain amounts will be in the 1 to 3 inch range. For tonight the light snow will gradual end in the evening hours as the storm system moves east of the area. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday A warming and drying trend is expected Wednesday through Friday. The next Pacific storm system will bring light snow to the mountains late Friday and early Saturday, but mainly dry and breezy over the plains. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed today, but any snowfall reports would be greatly appreciated. $$
