...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 8 inches, with
  the heaviest snow accumulation over the Mosquito Range.

* WHERE...The Mountains of Summit County, the Mosquito Range, and
  the Indian Peaks, and South Park.

* WHEN...Until noon MDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be hazardous with snow covered or slushy
  roads. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning
  commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Snow will continue in the mountains, higher foothills and Park
County this morning, before slowly tapering off into this
evening. Up to 3 more inches of accumulations are possible.
Hazardous winter-type driving conditions are expected in those
areas today.

Scattered light rain showers are expected over the western half
of the plains into early evening before ending.  Isolated
thunderstorms are forecast this afternoon. Temperatures will
remain below seasonal normals today and tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Scattered showers and thunderstorms most afternoon, with greatest
coverage in the mountains.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight. However,
any snowfall reports from the high country will be appreciated.
