Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Summerlike warmth can be expected today with temperatures pushing
into the mid to upper 80s across the plains. Only isolated high
based showers and a rumble or two of thunder can be expected over
the mountains. They will produce gusty winds to between 30 and 40
mph, but little rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop mainly south of I-
70 late Saturday afternoon. As storms and showers progress into the
plains, chances of rain and small hail become more isolated. A short-
lived dry period will occur Sunday. The next system arrives Monday
which may lead to scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms
across the region through late Tuesday. Thunderstorms across the
plains may produce small hail and erratic winds. Cooler temperatures
are expected Tuesday and Wednesday then warming back up by
Thursday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
