This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Showers and thunderstorms will develop over the mountains
today and spread across the plains late this afternoon and
early this evening. Some storms may produce gusty winds and small
hail.

The snow level is expected to remain above 7500 feet, but the
Front Range mountains could receive 4 to 10 inches of snow by
Thursday morning north of I-70. Some travel impacts are likely
over the mountain passes.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Warmer and drier weather will arrive this weekend, with elevated
fire danger on the plains. Thunderstorm chances will increase
early next week, with some strong or severe storms possible over
far eastern Colorado.
