This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Critical fire weather conditions will be widespread today, as
gusty winds combine with unseasonably warm and dry conditions.
Avoid any burning or outdoor activity that could create a spark
and start a fast moving wildfire. The stronger winds will spread
from the mountains and foothills north of I-70 across the
plains by early afternoon. Record or near record breaking
temperatures are expected, with highs reaching the mid 80s to 90
degrees across the plains.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

It will be a little cooler Sunday, but temperatures will still be
well above normal. Elevated fire weather conditions can be
expected on the Palmer Divide and over the northern mountains and
high valleys where winds will gust to 20-25 mph.

Dry weather with above to much above normal temperatures will
remain in place for the upcoming week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
