This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Elevated to critical fire weather conditions will return today due to warmer, drier, and breezy weather. The most critical conditions will occur from Park County and Southern Jefferson County eastward across the Palmer Divide and into east central Colorado. That`s where wind gusts this afternoon will be near 30 mph. Similar conditions can also be expected from Fort Collins to the Wyoming border area. In between, including much of the Denver and Boulder metro area, winds will be somewhat lighter but it will be just as warm and dry. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday Elevated to critical fire weather conditions will remain in place Monday. Cooler weather and showers are still in the forecast for Tuesday. A few inches of snow will be possible from Monday night through Tuesday night in the mountains, with some travel impacts especially over the higher passes at night. Warmer and drier weather will redevelop for Wednesday into Thursday, with potential for more critical fire weather conditions. A storm system will then have an opportunity to bring snow to the mountains and plains by Friday and Friday night. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
