This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Snow will become widespread across the area today, then end from
north to south late tonight. The heaviest snowfall will be over the
Wet and Sangre De Cristo mountains, where 4 to 8 inches of
accumulation will be possible. Some moderate snowfall will be
possible across eastern Kiowa and Prowers counties were 2 to 4
inches will be possible. The remainder of southern Colorado will see
between 1 and 4 inches across the mountain areas, and a dusting up
to 2 inches for the lower elevations.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

On Thursday, some light snow will be possible over and near the
mountains as a weather system moves through the region.
Accumulations will range from 1 to 3 inches over the mountains
with around an inch over most interior valleys and along the I-25
corridor.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Weather conditions that meet reporting criteria for spotters will be
possible today and tonight across all of southeast and south central
Colorado.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the evening commute.
