This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Snow will continue across the southern mountains today with rain and
snow showers spreading northward at times into the remainder of the
mountains and valleys this afternoon through tonight.  Snowfall
accumulations will range from 2 to 5 inches across the southwest
mountains with the greatest accumulations occuring over the eastern
San Juans.  A spotty 1 to 3 inches of snow will be possible across
the remainder of the mountains. The lower elevations will see spotty
light rain showers at times, particularly across the plains
tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Additional localized snow amounts up to 3 inches will be possible
over Continental Divide locations, especially over the eastern
San Juan mountains from Thursday into Thursday night with lower
additional snow amounts anticipated over other mountain locations
generally above 10 thousand feet from Thursday into Thursday
night.

Then, next round of primarily mountain snow is expected to
develop initially over western locations from later Monday into
next Tuesday.

Weather conditions that meet reporting criteria for spotters will be
possible today and tonight across the mountains.
