This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southern Connecticut,
northeast New Jersey and southeast New York.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Severe thunderstorm development is possible this afternoon and
evening. The primary threat is damaging winds, however an isolated
tornado is also possible. There is also a low flash flood threat with
the heaviest storms.


No hazardous weather is expected at this time that would meet
National Weather Service warning criteria.


Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather
conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures.

widespread hazardous weather events that may reach NWS warning
criteria. Most long fused NWS watches...warnings and advisories in
effect are highlighted.
