* WHAT...Areas of dense fog will reduce visibility to less than
  one quarter of a mile in spots. Elsewhere, a steady mist will
  keep visibility between one half mile to 2 miles through late
  morning.

* WHERE...East of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
