THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

.COASTAL FLOOD IMPACT...
A High Surf Advisory remains in effect for breaking waves peaking at
5 to 7 feet, which will produce rough pounding surf. Minor beach
erosion will occur around the times of high tide, the next of
which occurs around 230 PM to 3 PM this afternoon.

.RIP CURRENT IMPACT...
Large northeast swells and breezy onshore winds will produce
rough surf and a high risk of life threatening rip currents at
the beaches of east central Florida. People visiting the beach
should not enter the surf. Large breakers can knock you down and
make you susceptible to being caught in strong rip currents.

.WIND AND SEA IMPACT...
A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect over the Atlantic waters
as large, long-period swells combine with east to east-northeast
winds of 15 to 20 knots to make conditions hazardous for small
craft operation.

.RIVER FLOOD IMPACT...
The Saint Johns River at Astor is currently in minor flood stage
and will remain in minor flood stage through late week. A River
Flood Warning remains in effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.
A high risk of rip currents is likely at area beaches again on
Monday. Poor boating conditions will remain across the nearshore
Atlantic waters on Monday while hazardous conditions will continue
beyond 20 nautical miles offshore.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation will not be needed today and tonight.
