This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Atlantic coastal waters,
southeast Florida, southern Florida, southwest Florida and Gulf of
Mexico.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Excessive Heat: Heat indices of 100 to 107 degrees are forecast
across most of the area this afternoon.

Thunderstorms: Isolated thunderstorms are possible this afternoon
and evening near the east coast. A strong storm cannot be ruled out,
and would be capable of producing gusty winds, frequent lightning,
and heavy rain.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Heat indices of 100 to 105 degrees will continue across most of the
area throughout the weekend, with values up to 110 degrees possible
on Saturday. Heat indices will finally begin to drop below 100 next
week.

Thunderstorms will be possible each afternoon through the weekend
and into next week. Some of the stronger storms could contain heavy
rain, gusty winds, small hail, and frequent lightning.
