At 1237 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 17 nm south of Tug Rio Caroni to
18 nm southeast of Jekyll Island to 7 nm east of Amelia City to 14 nm
southwest of Mayport to 35 nm west of Guana River State Park, moving
east at 35 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
