* WHAT...For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 4
  to 8 feet in the surf zone. For the High Rip Current Risk,
  dangerous rip currents.

* WHERE...Coastal Volusia, Coastal Indian River, Coastal Saint
  Lucie, Coastal Martin, Mainland Northern Brevard, Northern
  Brevard Barrier Islands, Mainland Southern Brevard and
  Southern Brevard Barrier Islands Counties.

* WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, until 5 PM EDT this
  afternoon. For the High Rip Current Risk, through late Sunday
  night.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
  localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best
  swimmers away from shore into deeper water.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

High surf will affect the beaches in the advisory area, producing
localized beach erosion and dangerous swimming conditions.
Swimmers should remain out of the water due to large breaking
waves and dangerous surf conditions.

Rip currents are powerful channels of water flowing quickly away
from shore, which occur most often at low spots or breaks in the
sandbar and in the vicinity of structures such as jetties and
piers. Heed the advice of lifeguards, beach patrol flags and
signs.

Entering the surf is strongly discouraged. If caught in a rip
current, relax and float. Don`t swim against the current. If
able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to
escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Florida...

  St Johns River Near Deland affecting Volusia and Lake Counties.

.Heavy rainfall associated with Hurricane Milton will continue to
cause the Saint Johns River at Deland to rise. Levels have reached
Major Flood Stage, with a rise to near Record Flood possible in the
next couple of weeks. Residents and interests along the St. Johns
River at Deland should be prepared for prolonged Major flood impacts
for the next several weeks.

For the St. Johns River...including Deland ...Major flooding is
forecast.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 5.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 3.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 AM EDT Saturday was 5.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 5.9 feet
    Wednesday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Florida...

  St Johns River Near Astor affecting Volusia and Lake Counties.

.The Saint Johns River at Astor remains above the previous Record
Flood and has stabilized at 4.81 ft as of 9AM, just above the
previous record from Ian of 4.71 ft. Residents and interests along
the St. Johns River near Astor will experience this historic
flooding for several weeks and should be prepared for prolonged
Major Flood impacts.

For the St. Johns River...including Astor...Major flooding is
forecast.

  This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...St Johns River near Astor.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 4.5 feet, Major widespread and long duration flooding
  occurs, with water rescues and evacuations necessary. Most
  low-lying homes become uninhabitable due to 2 to 3 feet water
  depth in many areas of the community on or near the river. Water
  reaches Front Street south of SR-40. Areas off of Riveredge Drive
  are inaccessible. Water surrounds and enters homes on Riverview
  Drive and Claire Street. Most areas near the Astor Landing
  Camptround are inaccessible due to knee-deep water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 4.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 2.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 AM EDT Saturday was 4.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady above flood
    stage at 4.8 feet.
  - Flood stage is 2.3 feet.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Florida.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

.RIP CURRENT AND SURF IMPACT...
A High Surf Advisory remains in effect due to large breaking
waves of up to 4 to 8 feet in the surf zone. Additionally, a High
Risk of rip currents is in effect. Entering the surf is strongly
discouraged.

.WIND AND SEA IMPACT...
Poor to hazardous boating conditions continue, with seas 6 to 10
feet this morning before subsiding to 5 to 8 feet in the
afternoon.

.THUNDERSTORM IMPACT...
An isolated lightning storm or two will be possible along the
Treasure Coast and Okeechobee counties tonight.

.RIVER FLOOD IMPACT...
The Little Wekiva River and the St Johns River at Astor remain in
Major Flood Stage. The forecast points at Deland at Geneva Above
Lake Harney are forecast to gradually crest into Major Flood Stage
this weekend. The St Johns River at Sanford is forecast to crest in
Moderate Flood Stage into early next week. See Flood Warnings for
more details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.
River flooding will continue into early next week along the St
Johns River at Astor, Deland, Sanford, and Geneva Above Lake
Harney. The Little Wekiva River will remain in flood through early
next week.

Lower rain chances will prevail into mid next week, though a few
lightning storms will be possible along and inland from the
Treasure Coast by Sunday.

Hazardous boating conditions will improve late this weekend, but
remain poor, as seas slowly subside.
