  Coastal waters from Tarpon Springs to Suwannee River FL out 20

  Tampa Bay waters...
  Waters from Englewood to Tarpon Springs FL out 20 to 60 NM...
  Waters from Tarpon Springs to Suwannee River FL out 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 655 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 6 nm east of
  Suwannee River to near Tarpon Springs to 18 nm southeast of
  Hillsborough Bay, moving south at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats, damage
           vessels, and create suddenly higher waves. Make sure all
           on board are in a secure location and wearing life
           jackets. Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots,
           suddenly higher waves, frequent lightning, and heavy
           downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life
           jackets.

At 643 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles southwest of Lake Placid to near
Macdill Air Force Base to near Weeki Wachee Gardens. Movement was
south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Belleair Bluffs, Palm Harbor, South Tampa, Lake Manatee State Park,
New Port Richey East, Sawgrass Lake Park, Limestone, Belleair Beach,
Plant City Airport, Lake Josephine, Tampa Executive Airport, Placid
Lakes, Winston, Fort Meade, Downtown Saint Petersburg, St. Pete
Beach, Tampa International Airport, Highpoint, Orient Park, and East
Lake-Orient Park.

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Eastern Hillsborough County in west central Florida...

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 537 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
  4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is
  1 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
  begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Plant City.

This includes the following streams and drainages...
  Turkey Creek, Howell Branch, Spartman Branch, Hamilton Branch,
  Alafia River and North Prong Alafia River.
