...Heavy Rainfall and Localized Flooding Possible...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Atlantic coastal waters,
southeast Florida, southern Florida, southwest Florida and Gulf of
Mexico.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Thunderstorms: A few slow moving thunderstorms remain possible this
evening with the threat for heavy rainfall, gusty winds, and
frequent lightning. Some storms could become strong in nature, with
strong winds being the main hazard outside of flooding concerns.

Excessive rainfall: Slow moving storms could produce a duration of
heavy rainfall which could result in localized flooding occurring.

Waterspouts: A few waterspouts cannot be ruled out over all of the
local waters.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms remain possible each
day through early next week.

Peak heat indices will likely exceed 100 degrees early next week
with localized values approaching 105 degrees by the middle to end
of the week.

Weather spotters are encouraged to report high wind, hail, and
flooding to the National Weather Service forecast office in Miami.
