* WHERE...Indian River, Saint Lucie, Volusia, Inland Martin,
  Northern Brevard, Inland Southern Brevard, Mainland Southern
  Brevard, Lake, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense fog has already formed in some
  locations this morning and should expand through daybreak.
