An arctic air mass moves into the area Sunday night and remains in
place through Tuesday. Temperatures and wind chill values will be
much below normal. The potential for any wintry precipitation during
this time is highly uncertain.

...INCREASED FIRE DANGER UNTIL 6 PM EST THIS EVENING...

Relative humidity is expected to decrease to the 20 to 25 percent
range across northeast Georgia this afternoon. While winds are
expected to be less than 10 mph, the dry air will combine with dry
vegetation to produce elevated fire danger across the area this
afternoon.

Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whether
you can burn today. If you do burn, use extreme caution since
fires can quickly get out of hand under these conditions.
