This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North and
Central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...Tonight...

Areas of dense fog will be possible overnight in portions of
north and east Georgia, which could lower visibilities to one-
half mile or less.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday...

Showers and thunderstorms are expected Friday night into Saturday
morning. Some storms could be strong to severe overnight.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.

...PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING ACROSS PARTS OF EASTERN NORTH
AND CENTRAL GEORGIA...

Some patchy dense fog will restrict visibilities to one mile or
less across parts of eastern north and central Georgia -- areas
east of I75. Especially areas near and around Athens, GA where
trends are being monitored for a Dense Fog Advisory. The fog
should lift after 10 AM.


If driving this morning, slow down, use low-beam headlights and
leave extra distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.
