This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North and Central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

Patchy dense fog this morning across north and central Georgia.
Visibility may drop below one half mile at times. Showers and
thunderstorms will begin later this morning and continue through
the evening hours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday...

A potent low pressure system could bring heavy rainfall and
possibly thunderstorms on Wednesday and Thursday. Please continue
to monitor the forecast as there are still uncertainties in how
that system will evolve.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.

...PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING ACROSS NORTH AND CENTRAL
GEORGIA...

Patchy dense fog will restrict visibilities to less than a half-
mile across north and central Georgia. Though gloomy conditions
are expected to persist through the day, the threat of patchy
dense fog will diminish by mid-morning.

If driving this morning, slow down, use low-beam headlights and
leave extra distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.
