...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Georgia...

  Withlacoochee River near Quitman (US 84) affecting Brooks and
  Lowndes Counties.

For the Withlacoochee River...including Quitman (US 84)...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The next statement will be issued by Sunday afternoon at 345 PM EDT.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Withlacoochee River near Quitman (US 84).

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 110.0 feet, In Lowndes County, Beaver Run Road, Spain
  Ferry Road, and Old Quitman Highway are flooded. Water will
  approach structures along Old Quitman Highway on the Brooks County
  side of the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 107.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 PM EDT Saturday was 107.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 109.8
    feet Tuesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 104.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    109.7 feet on 02/16/1995.

* IMPACTS...At 140.0 feet, Highway 122 east flooded near bridge.
  Water intrudes into backyards along Winding Way, Park Lane, and
  Meadowbrook Drive.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 138.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:30 PM EDT Saturday was 138.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 139.0
    feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Tuesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 135.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    138.7 feet on 01/05/2021.

MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Little River near Hahira (SR 122).

* WHEN...From late tonight to Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 152.0 feet, In Lowndes County, Little River Road
  floods. Water reaches bottom of Franks Creek Bridge. The parking
  area at Highway 133 boat ramp flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 150.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 151.9 feet early
    tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    Monday evening.
  - Flood stage is 151.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    151.5 feet on 04/03/2016.
