These hazardous conditions may result in poor vessel handling and steering response, broaching, overturned dinghies and kayaks, slips and falls on slippery decks, rub damage along docks and seawalls, swamped bows at reef tract mooring balls, and dragging anchors. An Atlantic high pressure system will sustain fresh to strong breezes across the Florida Keys. Small Craft Advisories are in effect for all Florida Keys coastal waters. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. Small Craft Advisories may be required through at least Monday morning for all the coastal waters around the Florida Keys. Weakening of the Atlantic high is expected to slacken breezes enough to not require a Small Craft Advisory later in the day Monday. Small Craft Should Exercise Caution (SCEC) headlines are expected to take the place of the Small Craft Advisory sometime Monday as winds only modestly slacken. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
