...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO NOON CST
SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chill values as low as 20 to 30 below zero
  expected.

* WHERE...Much of central and northern Iowa.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to noon CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
  on exposed skin in under 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chill values could fall to similar
  levels again Monday morning and Tuesday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
