This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight

Bitter cold will persist through, with temperatures again falling
below zero in most areas and wind chill readings bottoming out
from just below zero southeast to 15 to 25 below zero across the
north and west.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Rain and snow will fall on and off during the latter half of the
week, mainly between Wednesday and Friday. Generally light snow
accumulations are expected at this time, but could increase if
more precipitation falls as snow instead of rain.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters will not be needed.
