This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight

Very High Cropland Fire Danger levels are anticipated across much
of Iowa today due to a combination of very warm temperatures,
strong and gusty winds, lower humidities, and curing cropland.

Thunderstorms move across western Iowa this afternoon into
evening, moving east through the overnight. An isolated stronger
storm is possible with gusty winds the primary hazard.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Thunderstorm chances linger in far eastern Iowa on Wednesday
morning. The threat for severe weather appears low at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed.
