...WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 30
  below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Iowa.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
  exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Avoid outside activities if possible. When outside, make sure you
wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Dangerously cold wind chills will continue through much of
Wednesday morning for the Highway 20 and 30 corridors in eastern
Iowa. Elsewhere, the bitterly cold wind chills of 15 below to
near 30 below zero can be expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

Wednesday night into Thursday wind chills of zero to 10 below are
possible north of Interstate 80.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
