This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Bitterly cold wind chills of 15 to 30 below are expected through
this morning. A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect until 12 PM for
the entire area.

Very cold wind chills of 5 to 15 below are forecast for tonight
into Monday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

Cold conditions will be found again early Tuesday morning. Wind
chills in the teens below zero are expected in areas north of
Interstate 80 and west of the Mississippi River.

A storm system is expected to impact the area with snow and a
wintry mix from Wednesday through Friday night.

digits above and below zero will create wind chills between 15 to
near 30 below. The coldest values will be in the northwest
forecast area.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills between 15 to 30 below zero. The
  coldest wind chills are expected along and north of a line from
  Sterling, IL to Moline, IL to Washington, IA

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast and southeast Iowa
  and north central and northwest Illinois.

* WHEN...Until 12 PM CST Today.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite to exposed skin could occur in 20 to 30
  minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
