NOON CST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low 25 below to 35 below
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Iowa.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

Very cold wind chills are expected much of this week. Overnight
and morning wind chill values of 15 below to 30 below zero will
be common through Friday morning.
