Some of these storms may be strong with hail and gusty winds. There is a Marginal Risk, or level 1 out of 5 for severe storms across portions of extreme east central Iowa into northwestern Illinois Thursday afternoon and evening. Area tributary rivers and lower portions of the Mississippi River are experiencing flooding.
