This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Isolated showers and storms will be found today, especially south
of Interstate 80, through tonight. Lightning and locally heavy
rain and isolated flash flooding are the main concerns. The
strongest storms may also produce gusty winds.

Conditions are favorable for the development of funnel clouds, and
possibly brief, weak tornadoes.

The Wapsipinicon River near De Witt is experiencing flooding.
