Lightning and locally heavy rain and isolated flash flooding are the main concerns. The strongest storms may also produce gusty winds. Conditions are favorable for the development of funnel clouds, and possibly brief, weak tornadoes. The Wapsipinicon River near De Witt is experiencing flooding.
