This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Dense fog with visibilities less than one quarter mile will
affect portions of southeast Iowa, northeast Missouri and west
central Illinois through mid morning.

Thunderstorms with frequent lightning, heavy rain and small hail
will move into northeast Missouri, southeast Iowa and west central
Illinois this morning. Heavy rain may lead to poor visibility and
ponding water on roadways.

Additional rounds of thunderstorms are expected this afternoon
and overnight, mainly south of Interstate 80. Isolated severe
thunderstorms are possible in far northeast Missouri, and adjacent
areas of Illinois. Damaging winds are the main threat.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

There are periodic chances for thunderstorms Monday and Tuesday.
The coverage of storms will likely be scattered and it is too
early to determine the risk for severe weather.

Spotter and amateur radio activation is not anticipated today or
tonight.
