Locations along and north of Interstate 80 will see wind chills of 20 to 30 below zero, with those south of the interstate seeing wind chills as cold as 10 to 20 below zero. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY Bitterly cold air will remain in place Sunday night through Tuesday. Wind chills of 15 to 30 below zero are expected, and additional cold weather headlines are likely. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible. Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure portable heaters are used correctly.
