Meanwhile, strong northwesterly winds gusting to 55 mph develop and could combine with light snow in far northeast Nebraska to make for very low visibilities late Friday. An inch or less of snow is forecast for areas along and north of a line from Albion to Wayne in northeast Nebraska.
