This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Thunderstorms with damaging hail are possible in northeast
Nebraska Thursday evening, while southerly wind gusts as strong
as 50 mph are possible area-wide.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Friday, severe thunderstorms are possible across central Iowa,
but could develop as far west as the Missouri River in southwest
Iowa. Meanwhile, strong northwesterly winds gusting to 55 mph
develop and could combine with light snow in far northeast
Nebraska to make for very low visibilities late Friday. An inch or
less of snow is forecast for areas along and north of a line from
Albion to Wayne in northeast Nebraska.

Additionally, another strong storm system could bring similar
weather that is expected Friday to the region next Tuesday.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
7 AM CDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and east
  central, northeast and southeast Nebraska.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Thursday to 7 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
