This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

Rain showers are forecast this afternoon and evening, with the
heaviest activity across the east. A few thunderstorms are also
possible this afternoon. The overall severe threat today is low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Wet pattern continues with multiple rounds of rain shower and
thunderstorm activity this week. Currently, there is no signal
for a substantial severe threat. Stronger storms could be possible
toward end of this week. There is potential for heavy rainfall
through the end of this week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter reports are not expected to be needed. Rainfall reports
are always appreciated.
