This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

Winds will increase today as they turn from southeast to
southwest, reaching speeds of around 20 mph with gusts to around
30 mph by this afternoon. A cold front moving across the area late
today and tonight will cause winds to shift to northwest and
increase even further, reaching speeds of near 25 mph with gusts
to around 35 mph at times overnight tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Northwest winds of 15 to 25 mph, with gusts to around 30 mph at
times, are forecast on Sunday before diminishing late in the day.

Spotters will not be needed at this time.
