This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Rain will decrease to light rain this morning, and end from west
to east during the day. Creeks and poorly drained areas may
continue to see high water and ponding today even as the rains
end.

A few area rivers are or will be experiencing flooding. Please
see the latest Flood Statements and Flood Warnings for details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

Cold temperatures approaching freezing and at least patchy frost
may be possible for portions of the Outlook Area on Monday and
Tuesday nights.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...
Illinois...

  Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton
  Counties.

  Rock River at Moline affecting Henry IL and Rock Island Counties.

  Green River near Geneseo affecting Henry IL County.

  La Moine River at Colmar affecting Hancock and McDonough Counties.

River Forecasts include past precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.

...The Flood Warning remains in effect...

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S.
* From this afternoon to Tuesday evening.
* At 4:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 9.8 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
  afternoon to a crest of 11.5 feet just after midnight tonight. It
  will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning.
* Impact...At 11.5 feet, Moderate Flood Stage, water affects homes
  along old U.S. Highway 61.
