.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Bitterly cold wind chills of 5 below to 15 below zero are
expected tonight into early Tuesday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

A slow moving storm system is expected to impact the area with
snow, a wintry mix of rain and snow, and just rain or drizzle at
times from Wednesday through early Saturday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
