...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MDT
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 7 inches
  with up to 12 inches on upper slopes and ridges. Winds gusting as
  high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Big Hole Mountains, Centennial Mountains - Island Park,
  Bear River Range, Caribou Range, Marsh and Arbon Highlands, and
  Southern Hills/Albion Mountains.

* WHEN...Until noon MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Blowing and drifting of
  snow is likely. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
  evening and Tuesday morning commutes.

...The Gallatin National Forest Avalanche Center in Bozeman has
ISSUED an AVALANCHE WARNING which is in effect until 6 AM Tuesday...

* WHAT...Avalanche Warning. The avalanche danger is HIGH, and
  avalanche conditions will become more dangerous with more snow
  and wind.

* WHERE...The Centennial Mountains near Island Park and the
  Lionhead area near West Yellowstone.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Heavy snowfall combined with very strong winds will
  overload many slopes, and avalanches will be crashing far
  downhill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Avoid avalanche terrain and runout zones, which are flat areas
under big slopes where avalanches run.
