This morning, wind chills between 20 below and 30 below zero are expected in northern Illinois while wind chills between 15 below and 20 below zero are expected in northwest Indiana. Tonight, wind chills as low as 20 below zero will be possible once again in portions of interior northern Illinois. Lake effect snow may cause light snow accumulations in northeast Porter County, IN today. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Wednesday... Elevated Excessive Cold Risk. Limited Snow Risk. Thursday through Friday... Limited Excessive Cold Risk. DISCUSSION... Wind chills as low as 15 below to 20 below zero are expected Wednesday morning and Thursday morning.
