DISCUSSION...

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected this evening and
tonight. A few thunderstorms may produce small hail and gusty
winds, particularly outside of the Chicago metro area. Pockets of
heavy rainfall will also be possible area-wide.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding is possible.

* WHERE...Fox River Lower near New Munster.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Water is in the yards of some homes in the
  Village of Salem Lakes and Town of Wheatland areas, including
  Riverside Dr and Shorewood Dr. There are 3-4 inches of water over
  77th Street in the Town of Wheatland.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 10.0 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached late tonight.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
